The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to sanction and disburse the CT training period salary of the petitioner for the period from 24.08.1990 to 31.03.1992 within a stipulated period in untrained scale of pay minus the stipend the applicant has already received.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party No.3 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, taking into consideration the judgment of the Tribunal in Bhakta Ballav Batakrushna Mishra & 75 others v. State of Orissa and others, (1994) 1 ATT 226 and Kartik Chandra Patra & 6 others v. State of Orissa & others, (1995) 1 ATT (OAT) 89, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4, taking into consideration the judgment of the Tribunal in Bhakta Ballav

Batakrushna Mishra & 75 others v. State of Orissa and others, (1994) 1 ATT 226 and Kartik Chandra Patra & 6 others v. State of Orissa & others, (1995) 1 ATT (OAT) 89, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
