It is submitted by the learned counsel for Petitioner that he has no instruction in the matter. It is at this stage of the matter, on instruction Mr. Panda, learned Addl. Govt. Adv. submitted that not only the Petitioner has been dismissed from service on closure of the disciplinary proceeding on 28.12.2013, but in the meantime he has also been convicted in the criminal proceeding vide Vigilance Case No.17 of 2013.

This WPC(OAC) stands dismissed for no instruction, but however, with recording of the above statement of Mr. Panda, learned State Counsel.
