This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The petitioner in this writ petition seeks a direction to the opposite party to dispose of R.P. Case No.288 of 2018 within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to give such a direction. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a mention before the opposite party to take the aforesaid revision petition for its early disposal. If such a mention is made, it is hope and trust that the opposite party will do the needful. 4.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
