Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as the mutation proceeding involving the request of the Petitioner is still pending before the Tahasildar, Jatni- Opposite Party No.3, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to show finality to such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving all the parties likely to be affected. 3.

With the above observation the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
