Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner Order No.

and submits, his client wants settlement of land on lease basis. His client made representation dated 22nd June, 2022 to opposite party no.3. Now he is before Court seeking direction for consideration of the representation. He adds, earlier, representation dated 22nd January, 2022 was made to the Tahasildar but there was no action. 2.

Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representation will be duly dealt with.

We find representation dated 22nd June, 2022 made to opposite party no.3 is for direction upon opposite party no.4 for early decision on petitioner's application dated 22nd January, 2022 made to the latter. Hence, opposite party no.4 is directed to deal with petitioner's application dated 22nd January, 2022 and inform him the result within four weeks of communication. For the purpose, the said opposite party may require petitioner to attend hearing.
