2. The Petitioner has filed this writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties to regularize his service with effect from the date the Petitioner initially entered into the services and to extend all consequential benefits.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that similar matter was disposed of by this Court in W.P.C.(OAC) No. 2357 of 2011 directing the Opposite Parties to extend the benefits as claimed by the Petitioner in the above writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.C.(OAC) No.2357 of 2011.
4. In view of the above, this writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in W.P.C.(OAC) No.2357 of 2011.
