01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Ms. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Prusty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. Taking into account the pleadings made in the writ Petition, this Court finds that no order has been passed reducing the grade pay of the Petitioner. This writ Petition has been filed on seer apprehension.

4. In view of that the writ Petition is disposed of as not maintainable.
