Perused the letter dated 27.03.2023 of the Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, by which the Presiding Officer sought six months more time for disposal of Execution Case No.39 of 2016.

Considering the grounds taken in the letter itself, further six months time is extended for disposal of Execution Case No.39 of 2016. Meaning thereby, Execution Case No.39 of 2016 shall be concluded by the end of November, 2023.
