RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3rd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 06.04.2015.

The original application was filed in the year 2013 before the learned Tribunal, by the applicant, who was working as Senior Clerk in the office of the Block Development Officer, Kaniha in the district of Angul challenging the order of suspension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

// 2 // during pendency of the original application, the petitioner was reinstated in service rendering the matter infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
