The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(a) The Hon'ble Tribunal graciously be pleased to pass a mandatory order to keep-in-abeyance the operation of the Transfer Order dated 31.03.2016 issued by the E.I.C., RW and to allow the applicant in his present place of posting at R.W.(Mechanical) Division, Bhubaneswar, due to violation of statutory and mandatory Circulars as well as Supreme Court reported in AIR 1997 SC 693- State of Rajsthan vrs. Kunji Raman in stated above.

// 2 // (b) Further be pleased to pass any other order(s) / direction (s) as deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, (c) For this act of kindness, the applicant as in duty, bound shall ever pray".

It is submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition has been decided by this Court in its order dated 26.08.2022 passed in WPC(OA) No.695 of 2016 and batch. 5.

In view of that, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in the light of the observation made in the aforesaid WPC(OA) No.695 of 2016 and batch.

The photocopy of the order be placed in the connected matters.
