1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Sec.376-D, I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. Heard Mr. N. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the evidence of the victim and her parents as P.Ws.1, 2 & 3, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
