This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

In the present writ application, the Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the Departmental Proceeding No.17/Engg/05-4084/2012-18706 dated 07.11.2012 within a stipulated period.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the pending Departmental Proceeding initiated against the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and the result of the departmental proceeding be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks
