2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.04.2015 passed by the Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-15, but it is submitted that challenging such order, the Petitioner has already moved Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-16 on 06.06.2016.

It is submitted that no decision has been taken by the said authority in considering the grievance raised by the Petitioner in Annexure-16.

It is also submitted that due to pendency of the matter before the said authority, the Petitioner even though has retired from service since last two years, but he is not getting his pensionary benefits.

Taking into account the submissions made by Mr. Mohanty, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition
// 2 // directs the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on Annexure-16 by giving a personal hearing to the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of the order before Opposite Party No.2 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
