The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the opposite parties to consider the representation under Annexure-2 by which the petitioner has sought eviction of the illegal encroachers. 4.

This Court is not inclined to accede to such a prayer made in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
