1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The case has been filed for direction to respondents to fix up scale of pay @ Rs.9300-348 with Rs.4200 as grade pay on the ground that the Laboratory Assistant (working in Medical College) are getting salary in the above scale of pay.

3. Since the issue pertaining to the year, 2013, it seems there might have resolved or during efflux of time, it might have lost its significance. In view of such facts, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
