This application has been filed for correction of the cause title of the writ petition.

Ms. Subhasree Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that inadvertently in the description of the petitioner in the cause title, "late' has been put before the name of the father of the petitioner, though the father of the petitioner is alive. Therefore, he wants to file a corrected cause title. 4.

The prayer made in this I.A. is allowed and the corrected cause title be filed within three days.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
