and submits, allotment in favour of his client was cancelled by Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO). His client, by application dated 22nd November, 2021, had applied for revocation of the cancellation. He submits, there be direction upon the corporation to consider and dispose of his client's representation. 2.

In view of the direction sought, we are not inclined to direct issuance notice. Instead, opposite party no.2 will consider and deal
