The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 4th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 19.06.2015.

The original application was filed in the year 2013 by the petitioner/applicant who was working as Physical Education Teacher in Baghajatin High School, At/P.O.- Orangi in the district of Balasore, inter alia praying for fixation of her Grade Pay at Rs. 4200/- as per the applicable ORSP Rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the original application, the petitioner

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
