This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has received some benefit during the pendency of the original application and some are still pending. However, he has no clear instruction in the matter. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move the authority by filing a fresh representation in the event it is found that the cause of action still survives and the petitioner is entitled to the benefit as claimed in the petition in accordance with Rule and Law. In the event such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered expeditiously and disposed of by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months. RKS ( A.K.
