Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner Susama Baral in this writ petition has challenged the selection of opposite party no.4 Puspanjali Baral as Anganwadi Helper of Pally Anganwadi Centre under Brahmagiri police station in the district of Puri dated 30.09.2022 under Annexure-3.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that an appeal provision is available to the petitioner before the Director of Social Welfare in view of the notification dated 06.09.2006 of Women and Child Development Department, Government of Odisha.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to approach the Appellate Authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
