It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No. 18877 of 2021, which have been allowed vide common judgment delivered on 23.11.2021 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 23.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No. 18877 of 2021, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
