Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that analogues matter had come up before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015, which was disposed of vide order dated 14.08.2015 allowing the claim made by the Petitioner therein. Challenging such order, the State had preferred W.P.(C) No. 3442 of 2016, which was dismissed vide order dated 28.02.2017. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015. 4.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given by the tribunal in the aforesaid order dated 14.08.2015 passed in O.A. No. 2037 of 2015. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
