Heard Mr. L. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Achrya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3.
The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit and allow the Original Application.
(ii) Necessary direction be issued to the Respondents more particularly to the Respondent No.3 to draw & disburse the differential arrear dues in favour of the applicant within a stipulated time as per the bills which has already been submitted by the Respondent No.4 before the Respondent No.3 on 25.04.2014 under Annexure-7 to the Original Application (iii) Any other relief / reliefs as deemed fit and proper be awarded in favour of the applicant including litigation cost of Rs.10,000/- for the interest of justice".

It is submitted that during pendency of the matter before this Court, the Opposite Party No.3 vide letter dated 08.03.2021 has moved the Opposite Party No.2 with a
// 2 // prayer to accord necessary allotment in order to comply the claim of the Petitioner. The copy of the said letter filed by Mr. Samal be kept on record.

In view of such development taken place during pendency of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the request made by Opposite Party No.3 on 08.03.2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is directed to file a copy of the letter dated 8.3.2021 along with copy of this order before Opposite Party No.2 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the order.
