Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client purchased in auction held by the authorised officer under the Securitization And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets Act, 2002. Regarding that his client made representation dated 2nd November, 2021 to opposite party. The representation was for supply of particulars omitted in the sale certificate. Nothing has been done. 2.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, the writ petition is disposed of with direction upon opposite party to deal with said representation dated 2nd November, 2021. Petitioner will approach opposite party with said representation and copy of this order. The representation be considered and dealt with within three weeks of communication.
