1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner challenged the advertisement No.6274 dated 06.07.2013 under Annexure-1. Pursuant to the said advertisement, the petitioner submitted his application form in the prescribed format and the office of the Collector short listed some candidates on their own will and published the list of candidates excluding the petitioner.
3. Mr. Bhokta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the recruitment process was pertaining to the year, 2013, by efflux of time the cause of action seems to be dead.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
