Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:-
1. "Direct the respondents to grant similar benefit of pension to the applicant in terms of the principles decided and accepted in the case of Dharanidhar Rath vide Annexure-7 series and 8 and thereby quashing the order dated 7.1.2017 vide Annexure-6"

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
