The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to correct the R.O.R. in respect of Plot No.1044 under Khata No.291/151 situated in mouza Dhumabhata under Belpada Tahasil in the district of Bolangir in his name. 4.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that assailing the order passed in Mutation Case No.4/578 of 1988 by which name of the Opposite Party No.5-School has been recorded, a mutation appeal has been filed by the Petitioner, which is pending before the SubCollector, Patnagarh. 5.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may pursue his mutation appeal for correction of the R.O.R. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
