This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner to modify the order dated 06th January, 2022 passed in the aforesaid transfer petition to the extent that the case bearing C.P. No.278 of 2021 pending in the file of Judge, Family Court, Jajpur be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Rourkela instead of Family Court, Sambalpur.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Since the modification sought for being neither clerical nor arithmetical error, but to review the order, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
