It is submitted by learned State Counsel that notice on the victim has already been served on 11.02.2022, there is however no appearance from her side, hence the bail application is taken up for hearing.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the severity of the allegations and availability of the materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. It is however open to the petitioners to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some material witnesses including the victim during trial.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
