For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-7 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.Ps.2 & 4 to look into the request of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto but however involving the persons likely to be affected within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. If the construction has not been undertaken, the construction may be awaited for a period of one month, during which period the representation of the Petitioners is required to be disposed of.
