2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. Learned Standing Counsel for the S&ME Department submits that he has received instruction as noted in orders dated 21.3.2022 & 16.5.2022 regarding petitioner having got promotion from Level-V to Level-IV (Headmaster).

3. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the office order No. 4654 dated 25.6.2014 issued by the Block Education Officer, Cuttack Sadar, Cuttack wherein name of the petitioner-Sailabala Mohapatra finds place at sl. No.1. The said order dated 25.6.2014 is kept on record for reference.

4. In view of the above, nothing would survive for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
