This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that he is not getting his differential arrear salary as due and admissible to the Petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as against the inaction of the Authority for considering his case, he has submitted a representation dated 24.08.2012, which was not considered by the Authority.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation was filed in the year 2012, hence the Petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation stating therein his grievance before the Director of Secondary Education, Orissa, Opposite Party No.2, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court

// 2 // disposes of the writ petition directing the Petitioner to file a fresh representation to the concerned Authority within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order taking all the grounds available to him in law. In such event, the AuthorityOpposite Party No.2 shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of ten weeks from the date of presentation of the representation by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
