This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

On 04.04.2022 after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the following order was passed:- "When the matter was taken up on 04.03.2022, time was granted to the petitioner for obtaining instruction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted further some time to obtain instruction.

It is submitted by the learned Addl.

Government Advocate that considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition nothing would survive for adjudication, more so, for the fact that the petitioner would have retired in the year 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation and for the fact that the challenge is to a order of

// 2 // deployment dated 01.07.2013 posting the petitioner at a particular place.

To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list this matter on 19.05.2022."

Learned Addl. Standing Counsel reiterates the submissions on behalf of the State as noted in the order 04.04.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
