Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a Order No.

representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5(series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also keeping in view document at Annexure-1. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed giving opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to the affected, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
