1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. By way of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the in-action of the opposite parties in considering his case for promotion to the post of O.F.S. Class-II, with restrospective effect by implementing the order dated 14.02.2012 passed in O.A.No.997(C) of 2006 & O.A. No.2057(C) of 2004.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation dated 19.03.2012 before the opposite party No.1/The Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary to Government, Fianance Deptt, Odisha under Annexure-4 but the same is pending till date. It is further contended that the petitioner has superannuated from his service.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.1/The Commissioner-cumPrincipal Secretary to Government, Fianance Deptt, Odisha within one month hence and the opposite party No.1 shall dispose of the representation within a period of one month thereafter from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
