This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In view of the order dated 06.05.2022 passed in the connected writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.2292 of 2014, by which the notice to the petitioner dated 18.01.2014 (Annexure-8) issued by opposite party no.3 is set aside, the petitioner is to continue in her posting as contract teacher (Hindi) in Sagarguan High School, Sagarguan in the district of Khurda. To the said extent, the prayer made in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Regarding the prayer of payment of monthly salary, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though working in her post, since November,2019, the petitioner is not getting salary.

Learned Standing Counsel in response, submits that though the cause of non-payment of salary is not exactly known, the authority shall consider regarding the payment, in view of the interim order dated 10.02.2014 passed in W.P.(C) No.2292 of 2014, as well as the final judgment and order dated 06.05.2022 allowing the said writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has completed nine years as a contract teacher and accordingly, is eligible to be considered by the District Screening Committee for the purpose of regularization in terms of the Govt. of Orissa, School and Mass Education Department, Resolution dated 25.07.2011(Annexure-16). 6.
It is accordingly directed that the authority shall do well to place the case of the petitioner before the committee for consideration in accordance with law, particularly, in terms of the Government of Orissa, School and Mass Education Department, Resolution dated 25.07.2011 under Annexure-16. 7.
