This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner for transfer of MAT Case No.147 of 2021 from the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Anandapur to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore on the ground of her inconvenience.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party.

This Court is not convinced of the ground on which the transfer is sought for as no material is produced to substantiate the same. The distance between the places is also not far.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer on the aforesaid ground. 6.

However, this Court observe that if any travel expenses claimed by the petitioner-wife, the Court concerned shall pass necessary order on the same and in that event, the opposite party-husband shall deposit the same in the Court concerned which shall be handed over to the petitioner-wife. 7.

With the aforesaid order, the TRP(C) stands disposed of.
