This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 4255 of 2013 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 4255 of 2013.

The Petitioner, a job contract employee of the Settlement Organization, sought for regularization of his service.

Heard Mr. P.C. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner having been regularized in the meantime, no cause of action survives.

Mr. Anupam Rath, Additional Standing Counsel referring to counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Party No.3 (Settlement Officer, Berhampur) submitted that the services of job contact employee has been regularized.

In view of conceded position by both the parties, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
