1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall submit her B.Ed certificate issued by the Mahatma Gandhi Antarashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha before the Director Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. On such event, the Opposite Party No. 2- Director Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar shall consider it in the light of the eligibility prescribed in Clause-5-C (d) of the Advertisement No. 21212 dated 13.08.2021 and do the needful in accordance with law.

4. The petitioner has to file the said certificate by 5th of August, 2022. The Director Secondary Education shall

// 2 // pass a reasoned order after verifying the authenticity of document within a period of next three days.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
