Undisputedly the claim involved herein is brought after the Order No.
superannuation attended to by the Petitioner and even after availing all superannuation benefits unopposed. It appears, the Petitioner approached a Court of law after coming to notice certain development involving similar issue in disposal of some other litigations. This Court observes, if the Petitioner had any grievance, he should have come remaining in service and not after superannuation and also not after receiving superannuation benefits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
