The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to absorb them in work charged establishment taking into account their long service and that similar benefit has already been extended to similarly situated persons. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made a representation to opposite party No.2 vide Annexure-16 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, taking into consideration the order of the Tribunal in Prakash Nanda & 10 others v. State of Odisha and others (O.A. No. 952 of 2016 disposed of 20.06.2017) , which was confirmed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6155 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-16, taking into consideration the judgment of the Tribunal in Prakash Nanda & 10 others v. State of Odisha and others (O.A. No. 952 of 2016 disposed
of 20.06.2017) , which was confirmed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6155 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
