01. 1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner assails the action of the Director of Elementary Education of Orissa, Bhubaneswar on the ground that without conducting any enquiry on the allegation of one Paresh Kumar Behera of Kaptipada and Maku Singh, Ex-Sarapanch of Mankadpada G.P., she may not get transferred.

3. The matter has since been old and might have lost its significance by efflux of time, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
