Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer.

The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to sanction leave for the period from 26.12.2002 to 21.7.2009 and update the service book of the applicant by granting annual increments as mentioned in Annexures-6 & 7 dated 9.1.2015 and 1.6.2016 respectively within a stipulated period. The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to revise the pay of the applicant under the ORSP Rules, 2008 w.e.f 1.1.2006 and after such revision of pay sanction A.C.P & R.A.C.P benefit w.e.f 1.1.2013 and disburse the differential salary, being calculated duly in favour of the applicant within a stipulated period.

Since this Curt finds that the claim of the petitioner has been recommended by the Opp. party No.3 and forwarded to Opp. party No.2 vide Annexures-6 & 7 and no decision has been taken on such recommendation, this Court while disposing the writ petition directs Opp. party No.2 to take a decision on Annexure-6 & 7 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

It is observed that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of this case.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
