1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that a similar matter in issue with regard to the grant of RACP has since been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPC(OA) No.10 of 2017, the copy whereof has been placed on record.

2. If that be so, the concerned authority i.e. Opposite Party to consider the application of the Petitioner in line of the said order passed in WPC (OA) No.10 of 2017.

3. The Petitioners are directed to make an application before the concerned authority not later than 15th November 2022 and in such event the authority shall consider the application of the Petitioners within a period of one month thereafter and to communicate the result thereof 15 days thereafter.

4. This WPC (OA) is disposed of accordingly.
