This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit and allow the Original Application;

(ii) Annexure-5 the impugned sanction order of 2nd RACPS benefits so far it relates to the applicants be quashed and necessary direction be issued to the Respondents, more particularly to the Respondent Nos.3 & 4 to sanction and disburse Rs.4,200/- as grade pay in favour of both the applicants in lieu of 2nd RACPS benefits on completion of 20 years of continuous service in thier respective posts w.e.f. 01.01.2013;

(iii) Any other relief(s) as the Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper be awarded in favour of the applicants for the interest of justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Petitioners are directed to make individual fresh

// 2 // representation before the Opposite Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of one week hence. 5.

It is observed that if such individual representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioners within that time.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
