1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts stated above the applicant prays the following relief(s):- The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to allow the original application and issue necessary direction to the respondents to release of the Family Pension and DCRG amount in favour of the applicant (wife of deceased Late Benudhar Mahananda) by considering the sanctioned order under Annexure-2 and by quashing the cancellation order under Annexure-4 immediately within a time limit to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal and pass any other order as may be deemed fit and necessary."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that with regard to the claim of the Petitioner, though the O.P. No. 2 vide his letter dtd.18.06.2014 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition has sought for

// 2 // clarification from O.P. No. 1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on Annexure-7 within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on Annexure-7 in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
