1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Amin (Grade-3). While he was working a such, he was travelling to different places and in the meantime, he has retired in the year 2006 after attaining superannuation age. He has filed the present representation seeking relief retrospectively. Since the present writ petition pertains to the year of 2012 and by efflux of time the WPC(OAPC) must have lost its relevance and cause of action raised therein does not seem to be surviving. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives. ( S.K. Panigrahi) Judge LB
