Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Against the order of dismissal passed by the disciplinary authority, the petitioner preferred appeal, which was confirmed by the appellate authority, vide order dated 08.07.2013, under Annexure-I to the counter affidavit.

Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the first time the petitioner knows about dismissal of the appeal by the authority concerned which was placed on record as Annexure-I to the counter affidavit, as the same was not communicated to him. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the order dated 08.7.2013 passed by the appellate authority in appeal. 5.
In view of the above, since the matter is of the year 2013, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.07.2013 passed by the appellate authority in appeal by filing appropriate application in accordance with law. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
