This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed alleging demand notice dated 27th September, 2022 (Annexure-1) disconnecting power supply in respect of Consumer No. 00621097/80032342760 and making a demand of Rs.3,14,722.00/- for restoration of power supply.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the TPCODL submits that the premise of the Petitioner has multiple connections. Without paying bill in respect of two connections, the Petitioner is utilizing electricity in the said premises taking connection from the third one. Hence, the demand has been made. 4.

Mr. Pattanayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, strongly refutes the submission of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the TPCODL.

In that view of the disputed questions of fact, this Court is not in a position to adjudicate the matter. If the Petitioner has any grievance with regard to disconnection of power supply and

// 2 // demand of electricity charges, he may approach the competent Authority for redressal of the same.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
