01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. K.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. N. Prusty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts & submissions mentioned in Para-
(6) above the applicant prays for the following relief (s): (i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to admit the Original Application, (ii) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the impugned orders dtd. 21.10.2016 under Annexure-3 so for it relates to applicants are concerned, And/Or (iii) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct that the applicants are eligible and entitled to get the RACP benefits on completion of 10/20/30 years of service by taking into account their initial date of appointment/ length of service but not from the date of acquiring training qualification along with all consequential service & financial benefits in view of the FD. Resolution
// 2 // dtd. 6.2.2013 within a time bound period by holding that the sanction of RACP benefit as per the Annexure-2 (series) is a correct and justified one for the interest of justice.
(iv) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any order (s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper for the interest of justice."
4. It is submitted that the issue involved in the present case has already decided by this Court in its Judgment dtd.24.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.7281 of 2018 and 4848 of 2022.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the Parties, the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opp. Parties to act in accordance with the Judgment passed by this Court on 24.06.2022.
